Do you ship internationally?
-At this time we do not offer international shipping but look forward to offering shipping to our international customers in the near future. Stay Tuned!
What shipping method do you use?
-We currently use USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class and FedEx Ground as our shipping methods. Shipping rates are listed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my candles?
-All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Packages take 2-3 days to arrive via USPS and UPS Ground.
Do you provide tracking information on orders?
-Yes, tracking is available on all orders. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed to be followed by another email confirming shipping which includes all tracking information.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve made a purchase?
All orders are completed and processed in real time during business hours. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
Am I able to return a candle once I receive it?
We try our best to provide the most accurate description of our fragrances. For any reason you are completely unsatisfied, please contact us via email. Remember: You can always gift your candle to a friend or loved one!
Do you offer wholesale?
-Yes of course! We offer wholesale to boutiques, spas and other small businesses throughout the US. Please contact us directly for more info and to apply for an account with us (small batch).
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do! All candles come in a box, carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. If your order is a gift and needs wrapping please be sure to indicate in the notes section.
ABOUT OUR CANDLES
Why Soy wax?
We often receive inquires asking what is soy wax? And why should I consider it?
Soy wax is a pure, clean and sustainable wax that is biodegradable and free from pesticides and herbicides. It’s made from the oil of soy beans after harvesting, then cleaned up, broken down and rolled into beautiful opaque/white flakes.
A well-made and well taken care of candle will burn clean and provide you with a longer burn time. It’s eco-friendly and completely renewable. The list of its wonderful benefits goes on, Enjoy!
What type of wicks do you use?
We use 100% cotton core wicks
How long will my candle last? And how long is the burn time?
All of our candles have gone through extensive testing and trials to test all burn times. Our Standard 10 oz glass tumblers will burn approximately 50-55 hours with proper candle care. Our standard 4 oz travel minis will provide you with 40 hours.
All burn times have been tested when burning each candle between 2-4 hours at a time. Please remember to never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain the life of your candle and ensure the correct burn times. (Don’t forget to trim your wick each time)
